Ad Age Best Places To Work 2024

Littlefield Agency is honored and excited to announce they’ve been named one of Ad Age’s Best Places To Work 2024.

Only 50 agencies throughout the world are honored each year with this award, which is based on factors ranging from pay and benefits to culture and leadership. Furthermore, Ad Age acknowledges that for a company to make this list, it must thrive against the many challenges facing agencies today—an unsettling economy, a changing media marketplace, and a continued tight talent pool.

This achievement was a long-term goal for Littlefield that started with creating a culture where everyone enjoyed coming in to work each day, versus the many companies moving to a remote environment. The belief was, if the agency wanted to do great work for great clients, then people working and collaborating together—in all departments—was key to pushing the thinking beyond the ordinary.

“When you really like those you work with—including your clients—you’re way more likely to do great things together,” said Sam Littlefield, CEO and president of Littlefield Agency. “So we take the hiring process very seriously…to make sure we balance a mix of those who think differently but share the same values. Then we give people a great environment in which to work—one that’s comfortable and challenging at the same time. Because when we make each other better, we make our work and clients better, too.”

“The 2024 Best Places To Work winners demonstrate the value of giving employees competitive pay and benefits, and designing optimal workplace practices to ensure great talent can do its best work,” said Dan Peres, president and editor-in-chief of Ad Age. “Companies will face more challenges in the new year against an uncertain economy, but winning workplaces know that taking care of employees drives business success.”
