Littlefield Agency is proud to announce that RibCrib has returned to its client roster.
Established in 1992, this Tulsa-based restaurant has grown to over 50 locations. It is renowned for its quality hickory-smoked meats, famous ribs, original BBQ sauces, and family-friendly environment.
In 2019, the renowned brand worked with Littlefield Agency before taking its marketing efforts in-house during the pandemic. The Oklahoma companies kept in touch, which led to a resurgence of the original partnership.
“Like many businesses, the pandemic forced us to push ourselves, and we learned a lot,” said Sean Ferguson, creative director of RibCrib’s parent company, Chandler Hospitality Group. “One of the lessons we took to heart is the value of a dependable strategic partner. While CHG was learning and evolving, Sam also pushed Littlefield to adapt. When we met again in 2023, we were excited by the data-driven focus and deeper digital and media capabilities they demonstrated. That spoke volumes and we felt it was the right time to reengage.”
Littlefield Agency will reimagine RibCrib’s digital strategy, media and analytics, and customer loyalty program, RibCrib Rewards.
