We are a marketing agency that partners with national and international brands who sell to consumer and commercial audiences through a dealership network. While this is most of our clients, we also happen to be experts within the financial institution space.

Are you by chance outside of these industries, but like what we stand for? Bring it on! We work with consumer brands all the time as a great creative outlet, and let’s be honest, in today’s technological age, we can get up to speed very fast via our friend ChatGPT.

Our home base is in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We have 10,000+ sq feet in downtown—not going to lie, we are obsessed with our space and love to host our clients at our HQ.

While we’re proud of our roots, 95% of our clients are outside of our state. You can catch us racking up frequent flier miles given we are on a plane often to see our amazing clients.

Don’t get us wrong, we’re all for a great Zoom / Teams meeting, but face-to-face is the most important thing for our agency. We see some clients nearly every week, some clients once a month, and for our clients a decent plane ride away from Tulsa, we see them a few times a year.

We’re big believers in breaking bread with our clients. Sure, you can have some great conversations over Zoom, but the magic happens in-person. We will see you as often as you want to see us.

You saw this above, but we will elaborate here. We specialize in complex brands within the manufacturing, industrial, building products and financial institution space. The brass tax? We understand longer sales cycles on the consumer and commercial side.

We have one client we have worked with for 25 years. We have numerous between the 5–15-year milestone. And some are just getting started with over the last 12 months. Our average client tenure is 8 years, and we take great pride in that.

Ahhhh, the million-dollar question! Let’s be honest, we’re no different than the thousands of other agencies out there from a service standpoint.

Our biggest differentiator is we are very selective about who we work with. We don’t take on every company who reaches out to us. We’re looking for marketers who want to be pushed (respectfully, of course) and grow in the years ahead.

We don’t wait 90 days to make updates to your campaign. If we something off or see something performing very well, we optimize immediately and tell you once we report. Of course, if it’s a big decision we will run it by you, but the key thing is we don’t wait for your marketing dollars to be wasted. In fact, they will never be wasted here at the agency.

Abso-freakin-lutely. Our dashboards and report library are available to our clients 24/7. We report on a quarterly basis in-person, but your account director and our media & analytics team keep you updated in the meantime.

When we launch a campaign, we are checking multiple times a day for the first couple of weeks to ensure everything is running smoothly. Once your metrics are in a good place across all platforms, we have multiple processes in place for quality assurance checks on a weekly basis leading up to monthly / quarterly reporting.

If we didn’t, we wouldn’t be in business. We test landing pages, refine calls-to-action, and analyze user behavior to improve your results. It’s as simple (yet complex) as that.

We do so nearly every week via our agency podcast, Little Talks. If there is something pressing, we often engage with clients immediately via email or Zoom so they are aware of the latest and greatest AI trend.
