HubSpot INBOUND24 recap: Part 2

This week, the Boston trio—Sam, Roop, and our very own Senior Client Engagement Manager, Joy Hulver—got together in the studio to unpack their experiences from HubSpot’s INBOUND 2024. Since Sam and Roop gave their highlights last week, this episode is all about Joy’s favorite moments from the conference.

Joy goes into influencer marketing, where she introduces the concept of “narrative transportation,” showing how consumers connect with influencers on a personal level. The crew touches on some marketing trends like SEO and shifting search trends. For instance, younger audiences are turning to TikTok and ChatGPT instead of the classic search engines.
