DestinationCRM.com: Campbell discusses metaverse’s potential for B2B

Littlefield Agency’s Client Engagement Director, Brock Campbell, was recently quoted in an article for DestinationCRM.com. Campbell discussed creative solutions for one of Littlefield’s clients—how to showcase their heavy equipment at trade shows.

Campbell explained it isn’t practical to bring large equipment to trade shows, because the cost of transporting and setting them up can run into tens of thousands of dollars. “It’s not viable for our client to transport the largest of their product lines to trade shows. By instead offering a metaverse experience at a trade show, they were able to give attendees an opportunity to experience more of their product lines,” he said. “Their use of the metaverse also makes a statement that they are a technologically advanced company.”

Campbell believes using digital tools like the metaverse can help B2B companies overcome these challenges while reaching more potential customers at the same time.
