Littlefield Agency wins “Mogl of the Year” award from programmatic media partner, Mogl

Mogl (formerly known as Ventura Growth), a programmatic marketing platform company, held their annual flagship conference called Peak Week, September 23-25, 2026. During this year’s conference, Mogl named Littlefield Agency its “Mogl of the Year” winner.

The award was given to Littlefield for being a top partner with Mogl by capitalizing on the ways in which they help agencies buy and place media at reduced rates, as well as implementing ongoing adjustments that increased the success rate of campaigns. Two of the highlights Mogl pointed to were: the agency’s ability to quickly scale campaigns after verifying the effectiveness of Mogl’s platform against the previous DSP; and for Littlefield’s Digital Media Associate, Simran Khanolkar, being in the Top 1% of programmatic traders who took ongoing actions during active campaigns vs. the old style of set-it-and-forget-it media buying.

“When our clients win, we win,” says Media & Analytics Director, Chris Kizer. “This award is really about the growth our team created for our clients, and we couldn’t have done it without Mogl and The Trade Desk.”

The Peak Week conference, held this year in Denver, Colorado, brought together independent agencies and growth-focused brands to explore what’s next in advertising. Participants included agency partners, larger media brands like The Trade Desk, Netflix, and NBCUniversal; and smaller Martech companies like Slingwave, Skai, Datonics, and more. This year, the event was heavily focused on digital media evolution, including ad-supported streaming, AI in advertising, first-party data activation, and programmatic TV advertising.

Littlefield Agency attended Peak Week as a participant to learn what’s next for the media industry, to stay current on media tech that’s available, and to talk with other agencies about what is and isn’t working for them, how they are adapting to AI, and more.

This award comes at an exciting time for Littlefield who Ad Age named the agency one of best places to work for the third year in a row.
