This week’s podcast jumps right into one of Sam’s favorite topics, Account-Based Marketing (ABM). What is ABM? It’s a strategic approach where B2B marketing and sales teams collaborate to identify, target, and nurture high-value accounts rather than casting a wide net. It’s something that also plays right into Roop’s favorite topic, content marketing through CRMs!

Knowing who your best customer is beyond demographics is what we’re talking about. By understanding your customer’s likes and dislikes, challenges and problems on a real one-to-one level you can create content that endears them to your brand and more quickly moves them through your sales cycle. And who doesn’t want to shorten their sales cycle and juice up that ROI? How do we know any of this works? We’ve done it for ourselves!
