Ad Age names Littlefield one of the “Best Places To Work 2025”—the 2nd year in a row to receive this distinguished honor. Just as impressive, this year Littlefield cracked the Top 10 list for agencies with less than 150 people.
Only 50 agencies are honored each year with this award, which is based on factors ranging from pay and benefits to culture and leadership. Furthermore, Ad Age acknowledges that for a company to make this list, it must thrive against the many challenges facing agencies today—an unsettling economy, a changing media marketplace, and a continued tight talent pool.
Winning this honor was a goal that started years ago when Littlefield redefined their purpose, developed new core values, and committed to building a culture around their people. The belief was that if you created a work environment in which people looked forward to coming in to everyday—and gave them the power to have an impact—you’d not only have incredibly happy employees, but you’d get even better work, too. To win this award for a second year in a row only confirms the direction in which the agency is committed to long-term.
“To achieve this honor once is an incredible feat,” says Sam Littlefield, CEO and president of Littlefield Agency, “but to receive it for a second year in a row says we are building something truly special and long-lasting. When you focus on hiring talented people, treat them with respect, and let them use their skillsets to push themselves and the work, that’s when the magic happens. And that’s when great things happen for our clients.”
“The companies on Ad Age’s 2025 Best Places to Work list have shown a deep commitment to building workplaces where employees truly want to be—no small feat in today’s challenging labor market,” said Dan Peres, president of Ad Age. “Earning this recognition isn’t just a win for company culture; it also strengthens an organization’s reputation, making it a more attractive place for top talent.”
